A House Call is an annual health assessment from a licensed clinician. It’s an important addition to your regular doctor visits and no cost to you. You can have it at home, either in-person or online — your choice.


Our program keeps you on top of health screenings, helping your doctor catch and treat issues early. The licensed clinician can also connect you to follow-up care and community resources.


We work with several trusted partners. They’ll contact you to schedule your House Call.
