For more complex care, we provide health advocates. They can be social workers, registered nurses, health coaches, and health educators. They’re ready to help you get better and stay healthy.

- COVID-19
- Cancer
- Post-hospital care

What can health advocates do for you?
Health advocates assist you in finding providers and the right care. They can also help in breaking down any barriers – social or financial – that might prevent you from receiving treatment. Advocates can help you:
Need a way to pay for medications, food, or find housing? Don’t worry. Your health advocate will connect you with a social worker for solutions.
Your emotional health matters, too
When you need someone to talk to, our behavioral health team is here for you. They can help you find ways to manage stress and your mental health. From on-demand resources to counseling, we make it easier to get the emotional support you’re looking for.
Behavioral health management includes:

On-demand support in the palm of your hand
For eligible members, getting help is only a few taps away with the Concierge Care app. You’ll have direct access to health advocates, self-guided videos, and other online tools to help you manage your health.
